At Doveify, we care about the privacy and security of your personal data. This notice explains for which purposes and on which legal grounds the personal data you share are processed when you visit our website, contact us through the contact form on our site, or submit an application through the Meta Instant Form in our Instagram and Facebook ads.

2. What Data Do We Collect?
Your personal data may be collected through two separate channels.
a) Contact form on the Doveify website
The following information is processed through this form:
full name,
e-mail address,
phone number,
company or brand name,
information you provide about your project or request,
limited technical information needed for the form to work securely and correctly.
b) Meta Instant Form in Instagram and Facebook ads
When you submit an application through our ads, the following information is processed:
full name,
phone number,
e-mail address (optional),
website address (optional),
business or personal brand name,
province and district where the business is located,
the business's sector,
the current status of your website,
the scope of the website you request,
when you plan to start working together.
In the Meta Instant Form, contact fields such as name, phone, e-mail and website address may be pre-filled with the information registered in your user account. You can check and change these fields before submitting. Doveify does not assume that this information has been verified.
Please do not send, through either channel, special categories of personal data or sensitive information that is not needed to evaluate your request.
3. Why Do We Process Data?
The personal data you share may be processed in order to:
receive and respond to your contact request,
contact you about the service you requested,
evaluate your project or quotation request,
carry out communication before a possible business relationship,
manage an existing or prospective business relationship,
fulfil our legal obligations,
ensure the security of our website and communication channels.
Your personal data are not used for marketing activities unrelated to your contact request without the necessary legal basis or consent.
4. Collection of Data and Legal Basis
Your personal data are obtained through the contact form on the Doveify website, the Meta Instant Form in our Instagram and Facebook ads, and the communication you establish with us directly (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp).
The legal basis applied to each processing activity is as follows:
Receiving and evaluating your request and getting back to you — processing is necessary to carry out the preparatory steps before entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; UK GDPR Art. 6/1-b).
Preparing a quotation and establishing or performing a business relationship — processing is necessary for entering into and performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; UK GDPR Art. 6/1-b).
Keeping commercial records and fulfilling legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; UK GDPR Art. 6/1-c).
Ensuring the security of the website and communication channels and preventing misuse — Doveify's legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; UK GDPR Art. 6/1-f).
Other cases where the above grounds do not apply — your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; UK GDPR Art. 6/1-a). Where processing is based on explicit consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Your campaign applications are processed to evaluate requests relating to Doveify's own services; these data are not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Sharing of Personal Data
Your personal data are not sold.
Your data are shared with the following service providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service and within the framework of appropriate legal and technical measures:
Netlify, Inc. — hosting and content delivery of the website.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivering to us, as e-mail, the messages sent through the contact form on the site.
Google (Google Workspace) — corporate e-mail service; messages coming from the form on the site are received in a mailbox on this infrastructure.
Meta Platforms — applications you submit with the Instant Form in our Instagram and Facebook ads are collected on Meta's own infrastructure and viewed by us through Meta Leads Center.
Apart from these, your data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with authorised public institutions and authorities where legally required, and with authorised technical providers that provide services on behalf of Doveify.
Differences in processing by channel:
Data sent through the contact form on the Doveify website are not stored in a separate database; they are only forwarded to our corporate mailbox by e-mail.
Applications sent through the Meta Instant Form are kept on Meta's infrastructure and managed through Meta Leads Center. These applications are currently not transferred to a separate database or customer relationship management system belonging to Doveify.
6. International Data Transfers
Doveify is a company based in the United Kingdom. Some of the service providers used are established outside Türkiye, the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Personal data may therefore be processed or transferred internationally.
At present:
Netlify, Inc. is headquartered in the United States; site content is served through a global delivery network.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) is headquartered in the United States. Doveify's e-mail sending region is configured as Ireland (eu-west-1).
Google (Google Workspace) is headquartered in the United States.
Meta Platforms is headquartered in the United States. Applications sent with the Meta Instant Form are processed on Meta's own infrastructure, in regions determined by Meta.
Processing and transfers through these providers take place within the scope of each provider's own data policies, platform terms and advertiser terms. In the case of the Meta Instant Form, Meta's own privacy notice also applies when the form is submitted.
When selecting service providers, Doveify takes into account the level of protection required by applicable data protection legislation. This section is updated if the providers change or the transfer structure changes.
7. Retention of Data
Your personal data are not kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Retention differs depending on the channel the data came from.
a) Contact form on the Doveify website
Requests are received by e-mail and kept in the corporate mailbox. No separate database or form record is kept.
Requests that do not turn into a business relationship: deleted 1 year after the request is received.
Requests that turn into a contract or business relationship: kept for 6 years after the business relationship ends. This period is consistent with applicable commercial and tax record-keeping obligations.
b) Meta Instant Form applications
Applications sent through our ads are kept on Meta's infrastructure. Meta keeps application data available to the advertiser for 90 days from submission and ends access to the data at the end of this period. This period and process are determined by Meta.
Communication we establish following your application, the quotations we prepare, and the correspondence and contract records that follow are subject to the periods set out in paragraph (a) above.
c) General
Where a legal dispute, claim or legal obligation arises, the relevant data may be kept even after these periods have expired, to the extent and for as long as necessary.
At the end of the period, data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
This section is updated if the method of long-term export and retention of ad applications changes.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection legislation, and where the conditions of the relevant right are met, you may have the right to:
request information about and access your data,
request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
request the deletion of your data,
request the restriction of processing,
object to certain processing activities,
request data portability where applicable,
withdraw your consent where processing is based on explicit consent.
Data subjects in Türkiye may also exercise the rights granted to them under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data subjects in the United Kingdom may, where the conditions are met, lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
9. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organisational security measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or unlawful processing.
However, we would remind you that no method of transmitting data over the internet can guarantee absolute security.
10. Cookies and Analytics Tools
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes.
The site does not include third-party analytics tools that track visitor behaviour. Google Analytics or any similar measurement tool is not installed.
Only mandatory technical data that may be needed for the operation and security of the site may be processed by the hosting infrastructure as part of standard server logs.
If analytics or non-essential cookies are used in the future, the necessary user preference and consent mechanisms will be put in place, and this section and, where necessary, a separate Cookie Policy will be updated.
11. Changes
Doveify may update this notice if the services used, the technical infrastructure or legal requirements change.
The current version is published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
